Terrence Higgs
United States
Terrence Higgs is an author and a one-person builder of AI-powered operating systems. As founder of The Realm Companies, he has designed and shipped an entire ecosystem of vertical AI platforms by himself, which makes him one of the few people teaching AI for solo experts who has actually lived it, end to end. His work treats influence as architecture: built, governed, and amplified, never left to chance. He is the creator of the Realm Methodology and the Human Operating System, author of The Realm: Why Influence Isn't Accidental, and founder of the Operating System Movement. He helps experts build the human foundation AI multiplies, instead of the one it quietly buries. He serves as senior pastor of The Iconic Church and lives in Northern California with his wife, Joyce, and their family.
